Tunnel reflective material is a kind of material which is used in tunnel inner sidewall and can markedly enhance reflection light.The definition of reflective material has both broad sense and narrow sense.Unlike its definition in traffic safety engineering,the narrow sense includes the retroreflective material that is commonly used for visual induction or safety signs,the narrow sense in addition also includes a variety of reflective materials that are highly-reflective,non-glare,and that can significantly improve the lighting environment and are suitable to be used in tunnel.As a new type of tunnel interior decoration material,reflective material has attracted more and more attention because of its excellent optical properties.There are not many studies on the application of reflective materials in tunnel sidewall home and abroad,and the research on the layout method of the reflective material is less.Unscientific layout will lead to the waste of materials and failure to achieve the best energy-saving effect,which will seriously restrict the tunnel reflective material in the practical application of large-scale projects.In this study,based on the visual effects method,the layout of tunnel reflective material in portal section and basic section is discussed in detail,which aims to maximize its effect of energy saving in tunnel lighting.The purpose of this paper is to study the best layout method to enhance the energy-saving effect,and the main content is the layout of reflective material in tunnel sidewall.Based on visual effects method,from angle of safety and energy saving,experimental study is carried out on the layout of reflective material in portal section and basic section.Finally,the best way of laying reflective material in the portal section and basic section is proposed,which helps optimizing tunnel energy-saving lighting.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:First,field Research of the tunnels in Chongqing is carried out to learn the way of the layout of different tunnel materials,as well as the application of reflective materials in tunnel.Referring to the material about reflective material literature,the research status in this regard is summarized.By studying common computational models,advanced lighting technology and visual effect method,current problems in the layout of reflective material in tunnel are issued.Second,according to the actual situation of the tunnels in Chongqing,using DIALUX software,a 3D simulation model is established.After studying the layout of reflective material in portal section which combines tunnel lights and considers the conditions of sunny,cloudy and mixed skies,it is concluded that reflective material with staggered lamp can improve the lighting environment of portal section and the optimal layout height for both South and north is put forward as well.Third,based on the visual effect theory,the visual characteristics of the tunnel lighting is discussed in detail.According to the existing evaluation methods,combining with the driver factors,it is found that reaction time and small target visibility can be used as comprehensive indexes to evaluate the effects of the reflective material in the middle section,which can be more scientific and reasonable for the evaluation of lighting quality when layout of reflective material is applied in tunnel sidewall.Fourth,scale model experiment on small target visibility is carried out,the relationship between reflective material reflectance,layout height and road luminance is analyzed,influence of reflective material layout method on the STV is studied,the optimal layout of reflective material considering STV is concluded.Fifth,based on the analysis of reflective material reflectance,layout height,background luminance and contrast ratio depended on mark,the influence law of reflective material layout method on the driver recognition reaction time is concluded,the layout of reflective material in basic section considering reaction time is presented. |
