Among the tunnel sidewall decoration materials,the energy-storage light-emitting reflective material has superior physical and optical properties and emergency rescue functions,but people pay insufficient attention and application to the energy-storage lightemitting reflective material.This article compares the tunnel sidewall decoration materials through investigation and study.Analysis and research on the adaptability of decorative materials;establish a DIALux tunnel lighting simulation model,through the physical evaluation indicators of the average road surface illuminance and road surface illuminance uniformity,explore the influencing factors under the same energy consumption of the model,the lighting layout,the lighting distribution curve,the lighting installation angle and The height improves the tunnel lighting effect,and obtains the optimal tunnel lighting environment under the influence of multiple factors under the same energy consumption conditions,so as to complete the optimization of the tunnel lighting effect and achieve the purpose of saving energy;develop energy storage luminous reflective materials on the sidewall of the tunnel Lighting simulation model test to explore how the laying range,color,and color temperature of the energy-storing light-emitting reflective material on the sidewall affects the average illuminance of the road surface and the uniformity of the road surface illuminance,which are physical indicators;carry out the driver’s eye movement characteristics based on the "independent test simulation platform" The indoor perception test explored how the layout of lamps,the laying range of energy-storing light-emitting and reflective materials on the side walls,the color,and the color temperature of the LED light source affect the changes in the pupil diameter of the biomass index,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)Investigate some of the tunnel sidewall decoration materials.It can be seen that different tunnel environments have different requirements for tunnel sidewall decoration materials.In urban tunnels,on the basis of meeting the specifications,more consideration is given to the needs of landscape However,in mountain tunnels,on the basis of meeting specifications,more consideration is given to cost factors.The energy-storage light-emitting reflective material has superior physical and optical properties,can provide a good visual induction for the driver,and the afterglow effect can indicate the escape of personnel,but the actual application of the project is still not ideal.(2)Analyze the light distribution curve selected in this model test,and obtain the light on the C90-C270 section(the surface composed of 90 degrees and 270 degrees,which is consistent with the longitudinal direction of the tunnel),and the light emission angle is between 45° and 75°.Increasing the angle helps to improve the lighting effect.On the C0-C180 profile(the surface composed of 0 degrees and 180 degrees,which is consistent with the transverse direction of the tunnel),an excessively large light-emitting angle is not good for the improvement of the lighting effect.The model test selects the light distribution curve2,which has a luminous angle of 45°+45° in the C0-C180 section,and a luminous angle of75°+75° in the C90-C270 section.(3)The same energy consumption of the control model is used to ensure the similarity of the model.On this basis,the influence of various parameters on the tunnel environment is explored to achieve the optimization of the tunnel lighting effect.A comprehensive comparison shows that the four types of lighting arrangements are road tunnels.The lighting effect optimization schemes are central line lighting + light distribution curve 2 + installation height 7m,center line side lighting + light distribution curve 2 + installation height 6.5m +installation angle 20 °,staggered lighting on both sides + light distribution curve 2+Installation height 6.5m + installation angle 20°,symmetrical lighting on both sides + light distribution curve 2 + installation height 5m + installation angle 25°.(4)The height of the tunnel sidewall material layout shows a linear relationship with the increase in the average illuminance of the road surface.The average illuminance of the road surface increases by about 1% every time the height of the sidewall material layout increases by one meter.In terms of the influence of the height of the tunnel sidewall material layout on the uniformity of the road surface illumination,the height of the tunnel sidewall material layout increases.In the case of the center line and the side of the center line,U3m>U3.5m>U2m>U2.5m,and the two sides are staggered.In the case of lights and symmetrical lights on both sides,U3.5m>U2.5m>U3m>U2m,considering the average illuminance and economy of the road surface,it is recommended that the laying height of the sidewall material is taken when the lights are arranged on the center line and the lights on the side of the center line.3m,the laying height of the sidewall material is 2.5m in the case of staggered lighting on both sides and symmetrical lighting on both sides.(5)The change of the color of different sidewall materials and the color temperature of the LED light source has very little effect on the average illuminance of the road surface and the uniformity of the road surface illuminance.Under different lighting arrangements,by changing the color of the sidewall material,the average road surface illumination and the road surface illumination uniformity generally do not change more than 0.1%.When laying dark low-reflectivity sidewall materials,the color temperature of the light source hardly affects the physical indicators of the tunnel lighting environment.Under different lighting arrangements,by changing the color temperature,the average road surface illuminance and road surface illuminance uniformity will not change more than 1‰.(6)Analyze the pupil diameter changes of the testers in the simulated driving test.The four types of factors affect the strength in order: lighting arrangement> LED light source color temperature> energy storage light-emitting reflective material color> energy storage light-emitting reflective material layout height,four types The influence of each factor on the index of dilated pupil diameter,in different luminaire layouts,the two sides are staggered>both sides are symmetrical> the center line is deviated to the side> the center line is symmetrical.Under the condition of different energy storage light-emitting reflective materials,3m>3.5m>2.5m >2m.Under different energy storage light-emitting reflective material color conditions,green>blue>yellow>white.Under different LED light source color temperature conditions,6500K>3500K>5500K>4500K.(7)A comprehensive comparison of the actual perception test results carried out by the "autonomous test simulation platform" and the DIALux simulation model analysis result shows that there are differences between the actual perception test and the theoretical model analysis,and the theoretical model analysis can only reflect the impact of physical quantity changes in the tunnel lighting environment Especially in the energy storage light-emitting reflective material color and the color temperature of the light source,it cannot reflect the biomass,that is,the actual driving experience of the driver.Therefore,the theoretical model analysis has defects and needs to be combined with the actual perception test.Combining the DIALux model simulation test and the indoor perception test,the actual application of the energy-storage luminescent reflective material can choose the centerline lamp arrangement.The height of the energy-storage luminescent reflective material is 3m,the color of the energy-storage luminescent reflective material is white,and the color temperature of the LED light source is 4500 K.(8)The energy consumption of the control model in this paper is the same,and the optimal tunnel lighting environment is explored under the influence of various factors to complete the optimization of the tunnel lighting effect,thereby saving energy and improving the driving experience of the driver in the tunnel driving process.Based on the DIALux model simulation test and indoor perception test data in this paper,the ideal application conditions for the tunnel energy storage luminescent reflective material are: central line lighting + light distribution curve 2 + installation height 7m + energy storage luminescent reflective material layout height 3m + energy storage luminous reflective material Material color white + LED light source color temperature 4500 K.The energy saving effect under the optimal combination is about 20%. |
