With the development of modern construction and traffic engineering,concrete has become the most widely used artificial building material.With the increasing use of concrete,the continuous exploitation and demand of raw materials have resulted in resource depletion and environmental pollution.Every year,a large amount of land needs to be occupied due to the service life or the increase of abandoned concrete produced by buildings and road surfaces undergoing reconstruction and expansion due to municipal construction.Using recycled concrete can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also reduce land occupation.but also can bring remarkable economic and social benefits.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign documents,this paper summarizes the research status and development trends of recycled concrete at home and abroad,analyzes the data,makes statistical analysis on the existing reference materials,and understands the source and utilization value of recycled concrete.Secondly,the performance of recycled concrete,including flexural strength,compressive strength,abrasion,frost resistance and fatigue resistance,is tested and analyzed and compared with that of ordinary concrete.The mix proportion design of recycled concrete is carried out,and then the optimum replacement rate of recycled concrete is analyzed by changing the replacement rate of recycled aggregate to obtain whether recycled concrete can be used in construction instead of ordinary concrete and meet the working performance requirements.Thirdly,compare the schemes of the old cement pavement reconstruction treatment,select a more suitable treatment method,and analyze the construction quality control points and the problems easily occurring in the use of recycled concrete.Finally,take Guizun Highway as the supporting project of this paper,analyze the traffic volume and road damage causes in the actual process,investigate the surrounding environment of the project,design several construction schemes and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each construction scheme,select the construction scheme suitable for this research project,and apply recycled concrete in road reconstruction according to the test data.Through analyzing the relevant influencing factors,analyze from the aspects of practicality,economy and environmental protection,and get whether recycled concrete meets the working performance of road design in road reconstruction.Finally,through various analyses,the recycled concrete prepared with recycledaggregate content of 50 % can completely meet the working performance of road design when applied to road reconstruction.Not only that,the application of recycled concrete also greatly reduces the exploitation of raw materials,protects the natural resources and environment,solves the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste concrete,and is a sustainable development road for maintaining ecological balance.
