| Smart station transmits information in digital form,secondary circuit is edited and displayed with text information,which is abstracted into invisible virtual connection.It puts forward higher requirements for operation management,maintenance and repair of secondary equipment.For this reason,in 2018,State Grid Company revised the new "Technical Specification for On-line Monitoring and Diagnosis Devices of Protection Equipment in Smart Substation"(Q/GDW 11361-2).017).It can be seen that improving the operation reliability and maintenance efficiency of smart station,reducing the probability of operation and maintenance errors,and realizing on-line monitoring and intelligent diagnosis of secondary equipment of smart station have become the focus of attention.Based on the IEC61850 protocol model,this paper takes the protection equipment of smart substation as the research object,and studies the on-line monitoring technology.Based on the research of key technologies such as parsing and checking the recording files,comparing the same source data,extracting fault feature,checking the safety measures of secondary protection equipment and matching the parameters of protection equipment,an on-line monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for protection equipment is developed.Firstly,based on the on-line monitoring information,the basic principle of power system fault analysis is studied,which provides a theoretical basis for real-time on-line intelligent diagnosis of power system.Secondly,according to the requirement of intelligent operation of smart substation,an on-line monitoring scheme and an intelligent diagnosis scheme considering system architecture,monitoring information and functional architecture are proposed.Finally,an on-line monitoring and intelligent diagnosis system for protection equipment of smart substation including monitoring module and diagnosis module is developed,and the application effect of the developed system is verified by field application.The system can provide visual information for operation and maintenance,abnormal analysis and fault handling of smart substation protection system,as well as reliable basis and favorable decision-making for routine equipment maintenance and operation monitoring.The system has been successfully applied in several 220kV and 500kV smart substations in Shandong power grid,which improves the accuracy and efficiency of operation,reduces the risk of misoperation and work intensity,and provides ideas for intelligent operation of substations. |
