| As an important part of the smart grid,the intelligent substation used network information sharing instead of the hard cable loops,which have changed the conventional operation and maintenance mechanisms of substations,and consequently increase the uncontrollability of the debugging,operation and maintenance of the substation evidently.Therefore,the researches and applications of the visual operation and maintenance technologies for the IED instruments for intelligent substation,especially for the secondary equipment for the relay protection,is very meaningful for reducing the technical requirements of O&M staffs and improving the maintainability of the intelligent substation.In this thesis,the structure of the online monitoring system for the relay protection,like the software architecture,logical structure and system functions,is designed.In addition,combining the operation process and network architecture and other engineering conditions of 500 k V Wujia intelligent substation,the online monitoring system is built,including the network construction,hardware configuration and technical indicators.The visual online monitoring of the network linkage,the secondary virtual circuit and the operation conditions of the equipment of the whole 500 k V Wujia intelligent substations are also conducted by this system.These measurements provide reliable basis for the resolutions to the daily operation and maintenance,the exception handling and power grid accident analysis of the secondary system.In addition,combining the study about the principles,characteristics and application field of the key technologies of the online monitoring for the intelligent substation,the key points and realization methods of the visual online monitoringtechnology based on the substation configuration description(SCD)of the intelligent substation are thoroughly researched.Furthermore,the operating conditions of the secondary equipment of 500 k V Wujia Intelligent Substation based on the primary main wiring are panoramic displayed.The application results of the visual monitoring and diagnosis of the secondary circuit and the protection equipment state of the 500 k V Wujia Intelligent Substation project are also discussed.Based on the visual online monitoring techniques,an appropriate safety maintenance strategy for 500 k V Wujia Intelligent Substation is provided in this thesis according to the analysis of the maintenance mechanisms of the smart substations.The logic preview,online verification and practical applications of the safety measurements are conducted,including the selection of the safety isolation operation,the configuration of safety operation library and the comparison of data information transmission.The research in this thesis can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the conduction of the safety operation and maintenance for the secondary equipment of smart substations. |
