Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, our country has proposed the building of Smart Power Grid.The construction of smart substation is an important part of the Smart Grid intelligent substation is the foundation of the intelligent network. The construction of Smart Substation consists of two parts.First, the construction of intelligent substation; The second is through the intelligent transformation of the substation to change the running conventional substation into intelligent substation.The background of this paper is the intelligent renovation project of the110KV Li Jia substation in Zibo, analysis of the key technologies of the substation intelligent transformation, from a practical engineering analysis of the unconventional transformers, process bus, intelligent circuit breakers and transformers, on-line monitoring and status maintenance, and intelligent auxiliary systems and a number of key technologies to achieve the following results:According to the technical requirements and specification for the construction of intelligent substation, analysis of the key aspects of the110kV substation intelligent transformation, that is the intelligent circuit breakers, transformers, substation equipment, information sharing, and online monitoring of the main equipment. Analysis of the principles of the substation intelligent transformation, focus on the intelligent transformation of the conventional substation, to change the unreasonable conventional style of main bus connection, the substation is divided into two networks, three-tier structure to achieve the information sharing.Researching the working principle of Photo electric transformer, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages between the Photoelectric transformer and the conventional transformers, proved the accuracy of the measurement accuracy of the Photoelectric transformer. In combination with conventional transformers' configuration, proceed from the overall program, to the110kV Li Jia substation, for example, propose the principle of a transformer configuration:The side of110kV uses the Photoelectric transformer,35kV and lOkV side still use the conventional transformer. Coexistence of a variety of sampling methods, optimize the intelligent rehabilitation programs.Analysis of the frame of the online monitoring system of the Smart Sbustation, focuses on the Smart Transformer Monitoring. According to the actual needs and development of technology, the substation monitoring program was put forward: On-line monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil was applied in the substation on-line monitoring; on-line monitoring of SF6gas pressure in GIS and PASS switch density, micro water and partial discharge; on-line monitoring of arrester leakage current, the online monitoring of the action times.
