Urban public Park System is playing an increasingly important role today, its spatial distribution directly affects the use of city residents. For the park green space layout, the traditional evaluation methods are mainly green rate, per capita park green area macroeconomic data, simply use "service radius" in the horizontal dimension, the two-dimensional distance to express; these do not reflect the actual service ability of park green space and the rationality of layout.In recent years, the study of park green space layout, and gradually perfect the city green space layout analysis theory and technology, such as landscape ecological pattern analysis and based on city road network accessibility analysis, significantly enhance the park green space facilities layout and scientific rationality, at the same time, improve the utilization rate and the fair use of city residents. The traditional evaluation model calculation method in many respects, have certain limitations:one is the city construction land layout and city residents living density in constant change and development; two is the city transportation network layout also has unique characteristics, such as the mountain city slope and curve, and the width of the road; three is the city traffic methods the ratio and speed also has bigger difference, such as the use of bicycles; four is the city of population of all ages of park facilities demand also are very different.The main body of the thesis contents:The first part of this paper, research meaning and purpose:summary of the purpose of writing this paper, the introduction of precise calculation method, for the mountain city park green space layout to provide more scientific and technical platform of digital.The second part reviews descriptions, park green space system planning layout and Huff model and so on the basic concepts and the research status at home and abroad, this paper points out the significance of research progress.The third part, introduced the GIS technology network analysis module calculates the park green space and residential area between the actual distance and Huff model based on demand analysis combined method; through the analysis of theory and practice of small scale, analyzing the Huff model and the modern city park green space layout coupling, summed up based on the road network space and needs analysis of angle, based on the Zhongxian road network. The fourth part, based on the method, through to the State Park green land investigation screen groups are compared. The results show that, for the city park green space layout and provide scientific and reasonable technical support and theoretical basis; using the Huff model to the status quo of Zhongxian park green space system for evaluation and analysis, combined with the construction of Zhongxian city basic conditions, the natural factor analysis and based on landscape ecology and other aspects of the analysis, the Zhongxian green space system planning layout, the planning results.The fifth part, the paper summary, analysis of the advantages and the need for further improvement of the method and measures; Huff model reflects the parks on city residents attractive and city residents and the relationship between city ro ad network, based on the actual situation, from the quantitative, qualitative and location to interpretation of city park green space layout; thereby improving the city public green space facility layout is reasonable, as well as on residents fairness and livable characteristics.After study, using the Huff model of park green space system planning, objective evaluation and identification of park green space system planning rationality and city residents use green infrastructure equity; based on the model to calculate the various urban public park service facilities in a certain within walking distance of the service strength, by contrast, comprehensive evaluation of green space facilities service ability, review the city park green space service population and service area, on the city green land facilities service system were discussed, the index system is established, for the city park green infrastructure to provide reference.
