Design And Research Of Affiliated Landscape Space Under Urban Overpasses

In order to easing the traffic congestion in cities,many overpasses have been built in China,With the increasing number and scale of overpasses,the affiliated landscape space under the overpasses has gradually become an important part of urban public space.Since the affiliated landscape space under the overpass has a great potential value,people are focusing on how effectively use the space under the overpass,and it also plays a decisive role in the landscape image of the whole city.This essay takes the subordinate landscape space under the urban overpass as the research object,and from the landscape's point of view,makes a full comprehensive analyzing and researching on the landscape space under the overpass.Firstly,the research background of the subsidiary landscape space under the urban overpass is elaborated,it clearly points out the purpose and significance of the research,analyses the progress and current situation of the research at home and abroad,and defines the contents and methods of the research.Secondly,through the type of overpass accessory landscape space,the value of overpass accessory landscape space and the development trend of overpass space,this essay expounds the recognition of overpass accessory landscape space.Thirdly,based on the diversity of space form,function,angle and ecological variability of the subordinate landscape under urban overpasses,this article studies and analyses the subordinate landscape space under overpasses at home and abroad,and puts forward four basic design principles of the subordinate landscape under overpasses: people-oriented,improving overall function,constructing artistic features and maintaining ecological and environmental protection.The space under the overpass is not simply the space supported by the structure,it should be fully utilized by us.Inthe end,taking the affiliated landscape space under the Zhuyeshan overpass in Wuhan as an real example,the design theory and design method summarized are applied to the actual case,to provide useful reference for the construction of the attached landscape space under the urban overpass in the future.
