Design And Key Technology Research Of Capsule Sewage Discharge Device

Workers live in the underwater vehicles will produce large quantities of sewage with the mission.Sewage will pollute the interior space of underwater vehicle.Toilet sewage discharge system is an indispensable part of underwater vehicle.There are many problems in existing underwater sewage discharge system which are difficult to solve.Such as noise,pollution,etc.This article is inspired by the principle of capsule accumulator,with this inspiration,we developed a capsule sewage discharge device to solve the existing problems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1)This article analyzes the existing problems of the existing system of underwater vehicle toilet sewage discharge,then discusses the possibility of traditional sewage pump used in underwater vehicle toilet sewage discharge system.2)With the inspiration of the principle of capsule accumulator,we developed a capsule sewage discharge device.Then this article explains the working principle of each components in detail.3)This article analyzes the difficulties of designing capsule accumulator into capsule sewage discharge device.Then analyzes the key components,solved the problem of solid deposition,capsule life by optimize the structure of key parts.4)The article simulated the deformation and stress of the key parts by SolidWroks Simulation.The result of simulation proved the correctness of design.5)According to the theoretical design,we made a prototype.Then we tested the seal and strength of the prototype.After that we tested the function of the prototype in different circumstances,high pressure and low pressure.The date of the test proved that the experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical design.The prototype works smoothly without noise.The available capacity basically meets the design requirements.This prototype basically solved the problems in the existing system.Finally,the full text is summarized,and the prospect of future work is proposed.
