Knowledge workers play a very important role in any enterprise.Although enterprises have realized the importance of knowledge workers,there are still many problems in motivating them,many enterprises are facing the problem of knowledge workers' turnover.Therefore,it is imminent to study the motivation strategy of knowledge workers.As a cable bridge manufacturing company,A is a traditional manufacturing industry,but it has a high demand for knowledge innovation.Combined with the loss of knowledge workers since 2015,it is urgent to solve the problem of knowledge worker motivation in A company.This paper defines the concept and characteristics of knowledge workers based on the content motivation theory,process theory of motivation,behavior modification theory of comprehensive incentive theory,motivation theory as the theory basis of the research,through the definition of knowledge staff of A company and the questionnaire survey,employees of individual ability and strategic value,labor market the company's future development in scarcity and importance,based on the position of the knowledge employees in the company training difficulty to identify knowledge workers,analyzing the present situation of A company incentive of knowledge workers,found that the main structure and salary incentive form A company incentive single,performance evaluation and incentive,incentive intensity and single way the gap between the lack of incentive,incentive employee training and occupation development not paying enough attention to the problem.Through the investigation on the knowledge of A company employee satisfaction,knowledge workers will be classified 20 expected demand for survival factors,growth factors and work factors,and obtains the knowledge workers incentive factors of knowledge workers expectations ranking and actual sense of incentive factors,argues that the difference between the knowledge of A company staff expectations and actual feelings,actual feelings mean far lower than expected average demand,that knowledge workers expected demand is far higher than the actual level.Based on this,the A company should improve the incentive strategy of knowledge workers,in-depth understanding of knowledge employee expectations,according to the factors there is a big difference between the expected demand and the actual experience of the key improvements targeted play incentive effect,enhance the knowledge staff of expectations because the actual feeling of,improve the satisfaction of knowledge employees.Finally,according to the needs of fairness,motivation,goal motivation,work principle,design and optimization of A company knowledge workers incentive strategy,including the establishment of a diversified compensation system,strengthen the construction of performance management system,the implementation of effective incentive mechanism,improve the occupation training system for staff.
