| On April 1,2006,the Common Structural Rules(CSR)was promulgated as the highest "law" of the shipbuilding industry and required strict enforcement of all relevant units.As a programmatic document,CSR guides the design,construction,maintenance,and maintenance of ships.In the common specifications,a large number of the most advanced technologies,materials and concepts currently used in ship science development are applied.Compared with past evaluation areas,CSR has expanded the field of ship strength assessment more extensively,and more advanced ideas have been brought into the design of ships.The main content of this study is the method of finite element analysis based on Common Structure Specification(CSR)for the 210,000 DWT bulk carrier cabin strength.The structural strength of the bulk carrier cabin mainly includes the following: Engineering structure geometry model,simplified conditions and other issues.Disperse the structure,select the element displacement pattern,establish the element stiffness matrix,the overall stiffness matrix,and choose the appropriate algebraic equation to solve the structure discretization.Output the calculation result in the finite element software and analyze the calculation result..Every effort should be made to reduce stress errors during processing and analysis.This article uses the 210,000 DWT bulk carrier vessel designed by a shipyard in 2010 as the research object,and studies the structural strength of the fifth vessel segment of the vessel.The entire research process is as follows:(1)Researched the development characteristics,scale and layout performance of bulk carriers.At the same time,some ship data were collected to analyze and summarize the characteristics of this ship structure.(2)This article introduced the strength analysis method based on CSR and finite element method.The content mainly includes the use of finite element software modeling,addition of load constraints and selection solutions,stress analysis and structural reinforcement methods.(3)In the bulk carrier,on the basis of finite element analysis,to explore able bulk cabin section of 3 d finite element modeling method,the external pressure calculation method,the cabin pressure calculation method and transverse bending moment calculation method.Calculation method and evaluation system of finite element strength check of bulk cargo hold structure.The shipyard’s design and construction of 210,000 tons of bulk carriers is the object of calculation.Finite element yield analysis,buckling analysis and fatigue analysis were carried out for the whole cabin.(4)For the finite element strength analysis of the cabin section of a 210,000-ton bulk carrier,generally select several working conditions that are more dangerous during the actual loading process.For ballast at the deck corners,at the openings of the stiff ribs,and on the cargo hold The grids of the manhole arc,the arc of the transverse frame,the intersection of the ribs and the deck,the intersection of the ribs and the inner floor,the diaphragm at the wall pier,etc.are refined to reflect the image.The stress distribution of the main structures such as hull girder decks,decks,outriggers,inner bottoms,sides,ramps,inclined roofs,trough bulkheads,side beams,ribs,longitudinal girders,piers and piers This can be used as an important basis for forecasting the stress concentration of the hull structure,and it can also lay a foundation for the judgment of the hull structural strength.(5)Finally,the common methods and characteristics of hull structural reinforcement are introduced.Then,based on the stress obtained from finite element analysis and the deformed cloud diagram,the distribution of stress in the hull section was obtained.The structural reinforcement scheme was designed for hulls that exceeded the range.After analysis,the most suitable reinforcement solution is to increase the thickness of the steel plate and install the ribs. |
