Research On The Development Of China’s High-speed Rail "Going Out"

The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized strengthen the construction of infrastructure networks,implement innovation-driven,highlight technological innovation,and provide strong support for a powerful country with traffic.The continuous improvement of China’s high-speed railway’s ability to independently innovate and the repeated promotion by the state’s leaders have accelerated China’s high-speed rail to go abroad and integrate into the world,and demonstrating to the world the strength of China’s technological innovation and the level of equipment manufacturing,and expanding the power in the fierce international high-speed rail market competition.The sustainable development of China’s high-speed rails is conducive to enhancing the integration of Chinese and foreign cultures,shaping a new image of China’s international economic cooperation,promoting the innovative development of China’s high-speed rail technology,and enhancing China’s international influence.This article uses a variety of research methods to analyze the challenges faced by China’s high-speed rail “going out” development in a practical way and explore the countermeasures and suggestions for China’s high-speed rails to “go global”.The text is mainly composed of four parts: The first part is the introduction,expounds the purpose and significance of the topic,and summarizes the research status,research methods and innovations domestic and abroad.The second part has combed the relevant theories of high-speed railway and "going out" development.It mainly analyzes the definition and characteristics of high-speed railways,the connotation and significance of “going out” development,and the theoretical basis for the“going out” development of high-speed railways.In addition,the relationship between high-speed railways and the development of “going global” is explained.It is believed that high-speed railways are the key products for “going global” development,and “going out”development helps upgrade high-speed rails.The third part analyzes the status of China’s high-speed rails "going out" and focuses on the challenges faced by China’s high-speed rails "going out".The fourth part is the focus of this article,and put forward the feasible countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of China’s high-speed rail "going out".
