Microfluidic electrophoresis is a new microanalysis device that developed on the basis of conventional capillary electrophoresis detection technology.Which has been widely used in many fields,and micro-analysis will quickly replace the traditional laboratory analysis.Microfluidic electrophoresis technology has been gradually developed abroad,but there is not yet commercially available microfluidic electrophoresis products in China.The performance of the microfluidic electrophoresis instr ument directly determines the quality of microfluidic electrophoresis.In order to shorten the distance with the developed countries and develop China's own micro-flow control electrophoresis products.In this paper,after completing the analysis and understanding of the working principle of microfluidic electrophoresis instrument,developing a ultra-precision displacement platform for the detection system of microfluidic electrophoresis.Microfluidic electrophoresis instrument detection system ultra-precision movement platform using two-dimensional superposition structure,using modern advanced drive technology voice coil motor as its drive to ensure its rapid response,and using high-precision dual-rail to ensure its smooth and reliability operation.In order to realize the position closed loop control,the incremental grating measuring ruler is used as its position feedback device.In order to ensure the mechanical structure to achieve the performance requirements of detection system,this article has done the mathematical modeling and the selection of the voice coil motor,the selection and checking of the rail,analyze the principle and installation of the grating and so on.Microfluidic Electrophoresis Detector System's ultra-precision motion platform uses a DC driver to control and drive the voice coil motor.This article introduced the function of the drive and debugging methods firstly,and then completed the drive CVM programming control on this basis.In order to realize the man-machine interaction of the platform,80C51F030 is used as the motion control card of the platform,the control signal input is realized by the key scanning principle as well.The LED12864 is used to realize the motion status display.In this paper,the realization of ultra-precision displacement platform simulation programming control,serial communication to achieve real-time control of the platform to ensure that the platform control performance to test system performance requirements.This paper is mainly achieve ultra-precision displacement platform simulation programming,serial communication to achieve real-time control of the platform to ensure that the platform control performance can reach system performance requirementsFinally,in order to complete the test on the ultra-precision movement platform,a test bed with inverted microscope was used to test the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the motion platform.The experimental results show that the design accuracy of the ultra-precision motion platform is 1.8 ?m,and the positioning accuracy is 54?m,which can meet the requirement of the precision performance of the detection system.
