As the core component of the working device of the vibratory roller,the structure and dynamic performance of the eccentric block will directly affect the compaction efficiency and stability of the roller and the service life of the roller.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of eccentric block of vibratory roller are studied by means of numerical calculation and software simulation analysis.Therefore,this paper studies the dynamic performance of the eccentric block of vibratory roller,analyzes its main vibration parameters,such as amplitude,vibration frequency,vibration acceleration and so on,and sets up the structure type table of eccentric block.According to the traditional theory,the maximum stress values of the eccentric blocks and the assembly were calculated.The first-order natural frequency of the eccentric block assembly was obtained under two conditions of eccentric shaft and high and low amplitude vibration of the vibration roller.Based on the APDL parametric language,the solid model about eccentric blocks of the vibratory roller YZ8 G,YZ16J,and YZ14 and related assembly parts,which were widely used in practical projects,were established.The static analysis of the solid model of each eccentric block was carried out,and the maximum equivalent stress and the dangerous position of the large stress of the solid model were obtained.There are five components: eccentric shaft,movable eccentric block,fixed eccentric block,high amplitude and low amplitude eccentric block assembly.The finite element calculation results and theoretical calculation values of 5 parts,such as eccentric shaft,movable eccentric block,fixed eccentric block,high amplitude and low amplitude eccentric block assembly,are all in the allowable strength range of material.At the same time,the modal analysis of each eccentric block and its assembly structure was performed,and the first ten natural frequencies and mode shapes of each structure were obtained.The main vibration direction,the harmful vibration mode and the maximum vibration amplitude at the corresponding vibration frequency are studied.The eccentric shaft,high amplitude and low amplitude eccentric block assembly are 3parts.The calculation value of the finite element is in accordance with the calculation value of the wheel.On this basis,the harmonic response analysis was carried out.On the basis of modal analysis,the harmonic response analysis of each entity model of eccentric block is carried out,and the large position of the stress concentration is selected as the location of the dangerous region.The displacement and velocity of the position node of the structural dangerous area at the actual working frequency is studied by the analysis of the displacement frequency curve of each structure.The acceleration and the actual vibration response.The results show that the main vibration direction of the eccentricity axis is radial and normal,and the main vibration direction of the eccentric block and the vibratory axis is radial,and the main vibration direction of the eccentric block assembly is radial in the two working conditions of high amplitude and low amplitude.
