For the complicated mechanical structure(Mistuned Blisk,MB),the computational efficiency and accuracy of the existing method of the vibration characteristic analysis and dynamic nondeterministic analysis are low which cannot meet the requirements of the engineering application,an method is proposed.That is,Correctional Hybrid Interface Substructural Component Modal Synthesis Method(CHISCMSM)of the vibration characteristic analysis based on the finite element theory and the reduced model theory.The CHISCMSM is applied in the vibration characteristic analysis of the mistuned blisk for the aeroengine,which is proven that the calculation precision and the calculation efficiency are greatly increased.For the CHISCMSM,reduced models of blades,disk and the comprehensive model of the MB are derived theoretically and then the classic reduced dynamic model is improved.Mistuning of quality and geometric dimensioning are also considered based on the stiffness of the blades considered.The blades and the disk are regarded as super-elements respectively,the DOF of MB is reduced in the process of modeling and the two substructures are established.Then they are combined and the finite element model(FEM)with DOF reduced is established,namely,Collaborative Comprehensive Finite Element Reduced Order Modeling(CCFEROM).Natural frequency and modal shape(including displacement modal shape,stress modal shape and strain energy modal shape)of MB are investigated by the CHISCMSM.The first 40 frequenies and maximums of the modal shape are calculated in different rotational speeds,different temperatures,different rotational speeds and temperatures.The change of natural frequency and the maximum of the modal shape are also studied in different rotational speeds,different temperatures,different rotational speeds and temperatures or with the rotation speed and temperature increasing or keeping rotational speed constant but the temperature increasing or keeping temperature constant but rotational speed increasing.The vibratory response of MB is also investigated by the CHISCMSM and frequency response function(FRF)is obtained.Finally,the validity of this menthod is verified in the study of modal and vibratory response of MB.
