A Preliminary Study On The Types And Characteristics Of The Acarya Architecture In Bai Nationality

The theme of this paper is the type and characteristics of Tantric Acarya in Bai nationality area.This paper studies the rise and fall of the Bai Tantric Acarya and the present situation as the leading clue,analyzes the historical changes and the present situation of the Acarya-sect building through historical data collection and field investigation,and tries to sum up the types and characteristics of the buildings and their cultural connotations,The paper puts forward some protective suggestions on the present situation of the Acarya building.The research object of this paper is Acarya architecture.Including temples,Buddhist temple,pagoda,as well as cremation tomb,and other existing Acarya of most of the ruins and types of buildings,which focused on the Acarya temple and Acarya faction of the dense eaves pagoda.The existing Acarya architecture has no system,but Acarya culture still remains in many temples.Based on the existing situation,this paper divides the Acarya temples into: well-preserved Acarya temples,Acarya temples with many religions in one place,and Acarya faction temples after reconstruction.This article has carried on the visit and the research to the extant various temples,and has also involved the important Acarya temples which existed in the history.Dali area more than 200 building towers,more than 40 existing seats.This paper mainly discusses the dense eaves pagoda,which is the nature of Tantric Acarya,which is the representative pagoda building in the Dali dynasty.The research conclusion of this paper: first of all,this paper reveals the development of Mizongazali from the early period of Nanzhao country to the decline of the Ming and Qing dynasties;Secondly,this paper reveals that the Mizongazali architecture is the unique architectural type of the Bai nationality's religious culture;Thirdly,this paper analyzes the types and characteristics of Mizongazali architecture and its cultural connotations: 1.In the overall layout and structure,imitate the basic form of the temple building in the Han Dynasty,2,in the internal space organization,inherited the Tantric religious ritual layout features,3,in the direction and decorative art,embodies the characteristics of the Bai native architectural culture.Finally,on the basis of scientific research,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the protection and utilization of Mizongazali.The significance of this paper is that,through the analysis of the current research situation of Tantric Acarya,the study of Bai Mizongazali School has been discussed and supplemented in depth.The paper reveals that the Buddhist Tantric Acarya sect is an important part of the ancient Bai culture,and has left a profound influence on the religious belief,living habits,cultural customs and architectural Art of the Bai people today.With the gradual disappearance of the Buddhist tantric Acarya,the study of Acarya architecture is of great significance to explore and record the ancient Bai culture and to promote the excavation and protection of the Bai traditional culture.
