In recent years,the plant protection UAV industry in China has developed rapidly with the largest proportion of electric multirotor plant protection UAVs.However,at present,there is still no perfect production standard and quality evaluation system for the design,production and manufacture of electric multirotor plant protection UAVs.Unqualified electric multirotor plant protection UAVs and their supporting equipment will not only cause the operational quality to fail to meet the requirements,but will also cause safety accidents and create even greater safety hazards,thus hindering the healthy development of the entire industry.Therefore,for the electric multirotor plant protection UAVs,constructing its complete performance index system and carrying out corresponding evaluation is one of the important approaches to solve the problem of impeding the largescale promotion of UAV application technology in China.For the lacking of performance index system of electric multirotor plant protection UAV in China,this paper preliminarily constructed a set of performance index system for electricpowered multi-rotor plant protection UAV using word frequency statistics,questionnaires,expert assessments,etc.Based on this,a performance index evaluation system for electric multirotor plant protection UAVs was designed and evaluated.The main researches and conclusions are as follows:From the perspective of analyzing the relevant standards for plant protection machinery at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant standards and technical requirements for ground plant protection machinery and manned aircraft avionics plant protection equipment.Combining relevant regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and the research experience of the project team in the field of plant protection UAV performance index testing,this paper summarizes the performance indicators of the electric multirotor plant protection UAV into appearance characteristics,machine operating characteristics,flight performance,work performance and Safety performance 5 first-class performance indicators.In addition,from the point of view of the operating characteristics and applications of the electric multirotor plant protection UAVs,more than 100 professional websites such as multirotor plant protection UAV design,scientific research,production and application,as well as research reports and papers in this field.Thesis conducted word frequency surveys and statistics of terminology for various performance indicators.On this basis,the paper conducted a questionnaire survey of the initially constructed system,and conducted statistical analysis based on 150 valid questionnaires.It evaluated and optimized the index terms and weight coefficients for each index,thereby constructing a relatively complete set of electric multirotors plant protection UAVs.According to the established comprehensive performance index of the electric multirotor plant protection UAVs,this paper developed a supporting electric multirotor plant protection UAV comprehensive performance evaluation system,which can be used for evaluating various operating performance indicators of the electric multirotor plant protection UAVs.Based on this evaluation system,we performed evaluation and related performance indicators analysis of the TXA-610 electric non-coaxial four-rotor wing plant protection UAV and Gushangfei 3WDM4-10 electric non-coaxial four-rotor wing plant protection UAV,and then provided the evaluation report and the corresponding scores,For the problems found in the evaluation,we also give corresponding suggestions for improvement,providing reference for enterprises to improve product quality;In addition,our work provides the basis for users to understand the related plant protection UAV products,increase the awareness of ordinary users on electric multirotor plant protection UAVs,thus promoting the application of plant protection UAVs in modern agriculture in China and improveing plant protection mechanization.
