Research On Evaluation Index System And Multi Dimension Evaluation Of Relay Protection

The grid development strategy in the west to East power transmitting,mutual supply between South and North,large power grid interconnection,UHV AC and DC power transmission will become the new norm,AC / DC power grid characteristics become increasingly complex,to strengthen ties between the regional power grids,the electrical area between the increasingly close contact.Complex interconnected grid structure and AC / DC hybrid power grid bring great benefits to people,but also to the grid operation,maintenance has brought great challenges.As the first line of defense of the power system,the relay protection system is very important to evaluate the system.The main work of this paper is to study the evaluation index system and multi dimension evaluation of relay protection:(1)To establish the evaluation index database of the relay protection,and complete the classification of the evaluation indicators.The different indicators of the current existing in the assessment of the relay protection are summarized,and the connotation and extension of the index are studied.Collect and sort all kinds of evaluation indicators of relay protection,form index database.Based on all kinds of influencing factors,the evaluation indexes are summarized and classified according to the physical structure of components,systems and so on.(2)Into the evaluation index system of relay protection;To establish a set of starting from the different dimensions of the relay protection evaluation index system,starting from the system requirements,equipment function,maintenance,testing,economic factors,security risks,reliability,maintainability,testability,security and safety of such five narrow index dimension,including the five dimensions of the index is relatively independent.(3)Into the evaluation index system of relay protection composite;Composite index system mainly focus on these classification is not clear,rich meaning,definition,cross coupling index and comprehensive engineering application index,proposed dominated this division characteristics,namely in the composite index category is divided into dominant reliability type index,dominant index,security and maintainability index,dominant index of dominant and other composite index.(4)To establish the evaluation index system of relay protection based on multi dimension analysis,given the overall evaluation method of relay protection;Firstly selected bottom index typical engineering practice,by using the improved entropy method,G1 method and weighting method for the bottom layer index in each dimension of empowerment,finally determine the typical bottom the index of the standard,combined with the actual data of a regional power grid protection,the measured current value into the index score,combined with the typical results of the index weight dimension score.Comprehensive evaluation score of each dimension is obtained,and the results of radar chart evaluation with comprehensive evaluation are constructed.
