| Performance evaluation is an important part of enterprise management and performance evaluation index system is the core of performance evaluation.With the rapid development of economy,the traditional performance evaluation index based on net profit has greatly underestimated the capital cost of enterprises.It has been unable to truly evaluate the operating results of enterprises.Then it affects the managers’ decision-making on the enterprise’s operation that cannot make the enterprise reach the maximum.Since 2010,the SASAC has incorporated the EVA target into the performance evaluation system of central enterprises.Compared with the traditional evaluation methods,the performance evaluation index system based on EVA can more truly reflect the actual value created by enterprises.As a state-owned enterprise,TF company should implement the latest regulations of SASAC.This paper takes TF Company as the research object.On the basis of reading and analyzing the relevant literature,this paper optimizes the performance evaluation index system of TF Company from the relevant theories of enterprise performance evaluation and EVA.This paper analyses the current performance evaluation index system of TF company,mainly studies the performance evaluation index and index weight.It is found that there are some problems in the current performance evaluation index system,such as imperfect index setting and lack of scientific basis for weight distribution.Aiming at the problems found,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of TF company’s performance evaluation index system,which is to optimize the performance evaluation index,determine the index weight with the analytic hierarchy process,and determine the scoring standard.To construct the performance evaluation index system of TF company with EVA as the core and other financial and management indicators.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of TF’s performance evaluation index system based on EVA,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of establishing performance evaluation organization,establishing feedback appeal system,perfecting incentive mechanism,strengthening training and learning,and establishing information management system. |
