Study On The Planning Strategy Of Gardening Construction In High Density City

With the development of society,urbanization will become one of the characteristics of modern urban development.High density will be the urban development mode in the future.Population,architectures and infrastructures are highly concentrated in high density city,thus urban ecology is deteriorating and the quality of human settlements has declined.It is become one of the important issues to realize the sustainable development of high density and to solve the contradiction between the shortage of urban land and high quality living environment of residents ’ demand in urban development.The planning method and strategy of gardening construction in high density city has been discussed in this paper.The “Garden city ”and “Gardening construction” is the breakthrough point,the selection criteria of the “The international awards for livable communities” is the reference and urban naturalization theory,urban green space system planning theory and urban sustainable development theory are the theoretical basis.At the same time,this paper uses the method of “Literature research-Case analysis-theoretical induction-Field researchdemonstration analysis”.Its construction elements include:(1)land development intensity and use,(2)urban green space construction,(3)landscape heritage protection,(4)environmental protection,(5)public participation,(6)creating a healthy life way.By the reference to the relevant technical specifications and the practice achievements,some control index of gardening construction in high density city is proposed,such as(1)land development intensity,(2)garden residential plot ratio,(3)amount index of green space(visible green index+ ratio of green space),(4)per capital park green area,(5)per capital community green road lengths.This paper is divided into six chapters.ChapterⅠis the introduction part of the paper,which summarizes the research background,research content,research methods and technical route.Research conceptions concerned are illustrated in Chapter Ⅱ,which interpret the connotation of the topic and research the basic definition and related theoretical basis of high density city and gardening construction.At the same time,the relevant literature at home and abroad is summarized in this part.Chapter Ⅲ selects some excellent cases of domestic and foreign cities to analyse comparatively,and summarizes the beneficial construction experience.On this basis,Chapter Ⅳ explore to build the planning strategy of gardening construction of high density city.Chapter Ⅴ is the empirical research.The planning strategy referred in chapter Ⅳ is applied to Macao Peninsula in this part.On the analysis of present situation achievements and existing problem combining with the actual situation in Macao Peninsula,the planning index and strategy above is used to guide the gardening construction in Macau Peninsula,which will improve the quality if urban human settlements environment,optimize the ecological environment and realize the goal of “garden city”.Chapter Ⅵ is to discuss the main conclusions of the study and related issues,based on a summary of the research on the content.Furthermore,it is pointed out that the research shortage and prospects,such as gardening construction elements selection of high density city,the limitations of control index as well as the application of statistical methods of “big data”.The innovation of this paper is mainly to study on the planning strategy and control index of gardening construction in high density city.And then,Macao Peninsula is taken as an empirical research object to put forward its gardening construction approach,which is proved that the planning strategy proposed in the paper is scientific and feasible and can provide refernce ideas and methods for the construction of other high density city.
