Obtaining heat of solar water heater is decided by exposure and meteorological parameters.But the off work test of solar water heater is under ideal conditions,that can't reflect its efficiency in actual use,so that the factory calibration efficiency and actual efficiency of solar water heater may differ greatly.To obtain the efficiency of solar thermal conversion system in actual use.Firstly,the exposure and meteorological parameters are constructed.Secondly,the measuring sensors are calibrated,and the temperature and humidity sensor are calibrated based on the existing conditions of laboratory,so that the above parameters are measured accurately.Finally,the meteorological parameter is combined with the daily available heat,the principal component regression model is built based on the principal component fitting method,and the influence of the amount of exposure and meteorological parameters on the effective heat of solar water heater was analyzed.The main research is as follows:(1)In order to provide input parameters for solar water heaters,the field monitoring system of exposure and meteorological parameters is build.It is build according to the testing requirements of solar water heater and monitoring requirements of ground weather station.The monitoring system is consists of sensor,collector and peripheral equipment.Data management module and data release module is design according to the problem of existing monitoring software,such as data readability and data sharing cannot be realized.The whole system realizes data acquisition,storage,processing,publishing and other functions.The system runs from June 2016 to September 2017.(2)The temperature and humidity sensor of the field monitor ing system are calibrated.The parameters of on-site calibration are confirmed and the onsite calibration process is designed.Thus,the on-site calibration method of temperature and humidity sensor of on-site monitoring system is formed according to the on-site meteorological conditions and measurement verification procedures.Based on the on-site calibration method,temperature and humidity sensors in the monitoring system were calibrated on site.The uncertainty components introduced by on-site calibration were analyzed.Then the uncertainty of on-site calibration results was evaluated.(3)Principal component regression model for constructing heat in service solar water heaters is build.First of all,the correlation principle is used to analyze the impact of various factors on the solar water heater.Secondly all factors is translated into three independent principal components.Finally the principal component fitting method is used to build the principal component regression model.The model fitting degree was calculated.The fitting degree of this model was 0.92.The error of the model is analyzed experimentally,and the experiment shows that the error is ± 1.5MJ.
