In recent years,SBS modified asphalt has been widely used at home and abroad,at the same time it accounts for 60%of road asphalt because it can improve the high and low temperature performance and resilience of the asphalt.However,due to the polarity and the density of SBS is different from asphalt,the SBS modified asphalt tends to segregate in the·transport and use process.In order to prevent the occurrence of segregation,improve the hot storage stability of SBS modified asphalt,developing stabilizer is very essential.On the basis of domestic and foreign research,the common stabilizer for the market is relatively simple,which only solves the problems of hot storage stability,and some even reduces the other performance indicators of asphalt.(1)This paper designs the L32(47)and L9(34)orthogonal experiment,selects the ductility,softening point,segregation,aging as validated indexs,uses the method of range analysis,variance analysis,general equilibrium analysis to determine the new stabilizer formula and the optimum technology parameters of shearing time 30min,shearing temperature 175 ?,developed time 2.5,interval time 15min.(2)To further study the performance of new stabilizer,the penetration,ductility,softening point and elastic recovery,segregation,aging is conducted for four kinds of SBS modified asphalt which respectively contains New stabilizer,Sulfur,Hubei State of a stabilizer,COSCO International Trade stabilizer,the results show that:New stabilizer is prominent in aging resistance and low temperature performance,the performance of COSCO International Trade stabilizer stabilizer r is relatively outstanding at high temperature,including high temperature performance after aging,Sulfur and Hubei State of a stabilizer is common.(3)The AC-13 ratio test showed that the type of stabilizer had no effect on the determination of the best aspect ratio and the physical index of the mixture.The type of the stabilizer and the mechanical properties of the mixture had some influence on the mechanical properties(4)The performance of high temperature,low temperature,water stability and aging resistance is comparatively analysed for four kinds of SBS modified asphalt mixture which respectively contains New stabilizer,Sulfur,Hubei State of a stabilizer,COSCO International Trade stabilizer.The results show that:Sulfur is best in high temperature and water stability performance,New stabilizer is best in low temperature and aging resistance performance,Hubei State of a stabilizer is relatively well in aging resistance performance.
