Abstract/Summary:
With the development of transportation technology of China, highway construction inour country obtained great development, the traffic mileage ranks second in the world. Atpresent, China has entered into the repair and maintenance period. During this time, largedeformation, rutting, abrasion and crack have been appeared. For asphalt pavement,maintenance and transformation is imminent. To protect the environment, reduce cost,regeneration technology of waste asphalt mixtures is always used in asphalt pavement.Based on the sieving of waste asphalt mixture, aging regeneration technique of asphaltmixture is studied by extraction. On the basis of the research on the technology of asphaltmixture recycling, Marshall test design method is adopted for the regenerative asphalt mixturegradation design, and the dosage of asphalt is determined. In this paper, research shows that,coarse aggregate crushing and fine aggregate gathering progress was happened during usingages. So it must to preheating the waste asphalt mixture in the process of regeneration, andcrush it. After aging, the low temperature performance attenuation is obvious. The agingasphalt mixtures can regain it road properties using reclaiming agent and new asphalt. Afterthat, the asphalt mixture gradation and garget oil stone ratio were determined. It’s fined thathigh temperature performance, low temperature crack resistance and water stability ofreclaimed asphalt mixtures can be regained.
