With the development of Internet of things and intelligent home furnishing,there is only a single function of the power interface that can not meet the demand of the plug,this paper designed a WI-FI based smart plug,with real-time protection,wireless control,remote detection and other functions.and It has the advantages of cheap and portable.The work mainly completed the power module,detection module,Wi-Fi module and the mobile client four parts.The design of power module using flyback power step-down isolation and two buck regulator to achieve the 220 V AC to 3.3V DC a stable pressure;detection using digital chip MSP430 module innovation,directly from the analog terminal measurement signals,the data were processed using a series of algorithms we obtained,the data is accurate and stable then,through the SPI interface and the wireless communication module;the WI-FI module uses wireless MCU,design and simulation using CCS and Uniflash software,as the control center of the system and configuration,can realize the smart plug AP mode and direct mode selection,and client information transceiver;the use of java language to complete the development of mobile phone simulation the client in Android Studio platform environment.In the hardware design process,design and implementation of Altium for the use of the whole circuit principle diagram and PCB,will be innovative strong analog circuits and weak digital circuits are integrated on the same piece of PCB board,through the effective isolation circuit design,can effectively restrain the analog circuit and digital circuit between the signal interference,eliminate the influence of high voltage and analog signal on the normal operation of the digital circuit design;the whole circuit module has the function of portable embedded into other devices,but also can add other modules to the plug extensions.In the software design part,the designed client can meet the user's control and state monitoring for the plug.There are two configuration modes of direct and intelligent configuration.The Smart Plug designed in this paper has good compatibility and expansibility.It can be used to replace all the old plugs,and it have great practical value for the current development of science and technology.
