As one of the main forms of structural span space structures,single-layer shells have been widely used.Compared to other forms of polygon mesh,Mechanical properties of the triangular grid is more favorable,such as stability and rigidity,so most monolayer shells use triangular meshes.Without any measures to strengthen,quadrilateral mesh monolayer shells are rarely used,while cable support quadrilateral mesh monolayer shells has been some research and applications in recent years.Similarly,the hexagonal grid is poor in the stability and rigidity of the inner surface,therefore is also not large hexagonal grid monolayer shells engineering examples,however,From the point of view architectural renderings,hexagonal grid mesh shell is relatively sparse distribution of rods.especially,the Visual effects will be simple and transparentin,if glass and other more transparent covering material is used.In order to improve the mechanical properties of single-layer reticulated shells hexagonal grid,this paper presents a single network cable supported hexagonal grid shell structures.Mainly for the following work:This paper gives the concept of the cable stiffened single-layer latticed similar shell with hexagonal grid,proposes a geometry modeling method of this structure,and based on the finite element software ANSYS,this paper developes a automatic parametric modeling procedures of the cable stiffened single-layer latticed similar shell with hexagonal grid,based on this method.This paper discusses the strengthening of the prestressed cable to the hexagonal single prestressed cable spherical shell,with the methed of study the mechanical properties of cable support hexagonal lattice shell and hexagonal lattice shell with no cable support.Using steel structure design software 3D3 S,we discuss the basic static properties(stiffness,strength)of cable stiffened single-layer latticed similar shell with hexagonal grid.It analyzes the displacement and internal force of the initial state?This paper discusses the effect on the structural stiffness and strength of some parameters to the static performance of structure,the cable section,the initial cable prestressing,pipe section and f/d.Using the finite element software ANSYS,we discuss the static stability behavior of cable stiffened single-layer latticed similar shell with hexagonal grid.By generate the whole process curve of cable supported lattice shell in the full span load,witch considering the geometric and material nonlinear.it discusses the effects of some parameters on structure stability,different forms of distributed load,initial prestressing cable,cable cross-section steel piece sectional size,and structure of the initial defect structure span ratio of structural.
