Comfort and energy are two important goals of building energy system,along with the improvement of people's living standard and energy saving and environmental protection to enhance awareness of the profound changes of building energy industry is undergoing extensive mode of development,high pollution,high energy consumption and low comfort is being replaced by the concept of sustainable development,green environmental protection,high comfort.Near zero energy building "is the future development direction of the construction industry,due to the high performance of building insulation structure and building energy equipment with high energy efficiency,compared with the traditional building near zero energy buildings" energy consumption small base,operation control mode unreasonable will lead to serious deviation from the actual energy consumption,resulting in energy saving building no such "problem.In this paper,"Shenyang Construction University passive ultra low energy consumption residential building research center as a platform,based on the previous simulation study on research design and control strategy of energy BAS system platform architecture,control strategy and control method to explore suitable for near zero energy building","energy-saving operation near zero energy building".According to the energy system of fan coil,radiant floor heating and air units for different control schemes,through Energyplus simulation by the terminal equipment in the same comfort under the condition of energy consumption of different schemes,and then considering the feasibility and cost factors to get the final solution;multi energy complementary coupling heat source,the actual operation effect based on the characteristics and sources of heat,the separation of law and the establishment of heat conditions to achieve the efficient use of solar energy and heat pump and coordinated operation by time;the system conditions are judged by the "Season 5 point sliding temperature method;indoor temperature change of continuous heating and non heating platform building under two working conditions were analyzed and compared with the measured.Get the control parameters of low-temperature intermittent operation;building the maintenance structure of unsteady heat transfer model and solved by 36 00s study on prediction method of indoor temperature based on actual meteorological parameters for step;application of Shenyang city in a heat exchange station climate compensator for the research,dynamic research for platform building climate regulation compensation method.Fan coil with three speed fan control,automatic mode according to the deviation from the actual temperature and target temperature of switch,return water pipe set proportion solenoid valve stage overall control of system flow;radiant floor heating with radiant temperature and floor surface temperature control,water flow control valve design diversity can make room adjustment;fresh air ventilator with C02 concentration as the main criterion,for PM2.5,VOC data interface to do comprehensive judgment;in the heat source side,heating heat pump as the main heat source by direct heating mode,the unit in the daytime running,the solar energy as the auxiliary heat source,through the way of building heating for storage at night,when the heat not through the heat pump unit for heat;solar system and heat pump system through pipeline valve switching can achieve docking for soil heat pump Supplemental heat;building room temperature drops are mainly concentrated in the 17:00-24:00 time period,the building heating time in this period of time at low temperature and intermittent heating,compared with continuous heating theoretic energy saving potential of about 52%;the application of climate compensator can effectively improve the energy system of climate adaptability research has been set and the correction equation parameters to predict the actual meteorological parameters the control equation and the phase properties of regulation based on system control strategy;compile by Kingview using STEP-7 software(Kingview)computer configuration and control interface design,implementation and analysis system can be obtained through the PC main control monitoring function and historical data.The research on the control strategy and control method of near zero energy consumption building provides a powerful guarantee for energy saving in the operation stage of near zero energy consumption building.The rational and efficient utilization of energy is realized through multi-energy complementation and cooperation.The use of low temperature intermittent heating,predictive control and climate compensation mechanism can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building operation while ensuring comfort.The research is not only of high academic value,but also on the basis of which it can be standardized and popularized to produce obvious economic and social benefits...
