With the rising of our country's urbanization rate,the housing demand continues to grow and in the situation of increasing labor costs,the traditional residential building construction methods have shown a variety of no adaptation.Therefore,the housing industry needs to achieve industrialization,standardization and intensive production,industrialization and the construction of the building housing parts assembly development becoming a trend.Assembly type concrete structure can be divided into the component to realize industrial production.And in the construction site component integrated installation,it can improve construction quality,shorten the construction period with construction work more dry,green energy-saving advantages,so the housing industry in the national policy to encourage green energy and environmental protection,the development is momentum.However,compared with the foreign mature assembly type construction,there is imperfect security management system in the prefabricated housing construction technology promotion process,such as the construction site control not enough,and many other security issues.It is a threat to the safety and property of the workers constitute.The prefabricated housing safety management as the breakthrough point,and Huanggu District,Shenyang City Huarun landmark assembly type residential engineering as the research background,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)as the theoretical basis,on 15 safety impact factors analysis to engineering and management personnel to make safety preventive measures,and to address major risks pre established perfect feasible contingency plans,nip in the bud,so as to realize the overall goal of the project.The safety research of assembly building construction is to prevent and control,and to change from passive to active.Reasonable safety analysis is the key node of all safety work,only to find out the main risk factors affecting the safety of the building construction,to find out the weak link in the construction process and to formulate relevant preventive measures to achieve the purpose of preventing accidents.The purpose of this paper is to provide a new model of safety management with practical value for the construction enterprises,which can provide reference for the establishment of safety management system.
