A Study On The Strategy Search Of Eco-Town Development For The Company "Z"

Under the background of China's new urbanization,the development of China's landscape industry is facing new challenges as well as new opportunities for development.At present,the situation of the landscape industry's net profit growth slowing down and the net operating cash flow is negative has not been improved,which means that enterprise in accordance with the original business model has been unable to continue to develop and the bottleneck of the development of the industry appears.In this regard,extending the operating direction,focusing on cash flow balance,promoting the transformation platform,forcing the field of ecological construction,has gradually become the consensus of listed landscape enterprise.The innovation of business model and strategic transformation upgrade has become the common focus of all enterprises in this industry.This is also the breakthrough point of this article.This paper takes the real landscape companies in the landscape industry in our country as the research object.Based on the relevant literature materials and data,this paper combines the newly published Chinese government official documents,media reports,landscape industry research reports and statistical data,and with the help of strategic management theory,this paper puts forward the ecological urban landscape design strategy of Y project,and obtains some feasible conclusions through the PEST analysis of the company.The conclusion of this paper shows that under the new urbanization policy of China,the strategic design of the ecological town of the landscape company is a representative exploration of the strategic transformation and the upgrading of the landscape industry enterprises.And it provides a new method of breaking through the existing industry development bottleneck and establishing the enterprise's new strategic development direction and putting into practice,which has a certain practical significance.
