As an important oil storage equipment for petrochemical industry,spherical tank has been widely used due to the characteristics of large pressure and small area.However,the diameter of large spherical tank is large,and each pillar is not easy to be installed on the same plane,especially the spherical tank built on soft soil foundation,which is more prone to the overall tilt phenomenon.The main problem of the conventional spherical tank is the structure of the ring girder.The main problem lies in the overall tilt,and the local stress of the spherical tank increases,causing the pillar to be damaged.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the stress analysis and stress analysis under the condition of tilting.In this paper,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to model the force of the spherical tank model in four pressure-free states and three different angles of pressure.The maximum stress is obtained by finite element calculation,and the law of the maximum force point of the spherical tank model is increased with the Angle increase in different states,so as to prepare for the next experiment.Then the spherical tank model experiment was carried out,in the pillar of the finite element analysis of stress concentration area,strain gages were collected in the process of the finite element analysis of four without pressure and the strain curve under three kinds of pressure,strain values of using DASYLAB software to extract the needed in the strain data measured in the experiment is greater than the finite element simulation to obtain the data.Compared with the data obtained from the experimental data and simulation,a first-order optimization algorithm was used to modify the finite element model,and the modified model calculation results were basically consistent with the experimental data.Based on the revised finite element model,on the basis of the theory of limit analysis solution of the ultimate load of the spherical tank model,finally be spherical tank model pillar at the start of the ultimate bearing capacity of the plastic deformation occurs,and provide reliable basis for engineering practice.
