| Underground pipe gallery is an important part of the development of municipal infrastructure in China,and it is also an important part of China’s urbanization development strategy.At present,the commonly used cast-in-situ underground pipe gallery technology has defects such as long construction period,low material utilization rate,high labor cost and great influence on the surrounding environment,which has been unable to meet the requirements of urban modernization.Prefabricated technology is an effective way to solve this problem.In this project,the main body of the underground pipe gallery will be divided into a number of single-piece concrete components that are easy to be prefabricated by the factory,and assemble the precast concrete components into the main body of the underground pipe at the construction site.The detailed study includes: structural mechanics analysis of monolithic concrete components;structural mechanical analysis of crossbar joints between components;study of the anti-seepage and waterproof construction of the crossbar;finite element analysis of the canal section as a closed frame;analysis and research on the uneven settlement of the foundation of the longitudinal flexible design of the underground pipe gallery.(1)Using small unit of prefabricated assembled into a single section tube gallery,hoisting transportation cost is reduced,the board are precast slab,are set up between adjacent prefabricated direction positioning device Lateral flat-fell seam are reliable design waterproof measures;The ultimate bearing capacity of the outer wall of the prefabricated composite pipe is about 77% of the current pouring comparison test.The ultimate bearing capacity of the prefabricated specimens of different parameters is between 73 and 85% of the comparison specimens.Improve the rotational stiffness after axillary Angle can highly improve the cracking,the insert depth meet not less than 1.2 times the outer wall thickness after the specification of the design requirements,improve insert depth before no longer can significantly increase the cracking rotational stiffness;The thickness of the outer wall has a great influence on the rotational stiffness before cracking,and the larger the outer wall thickness,the greater the rotational stiffness before cracking.(2)Using plate unit modeling,give full consideration to the surrounding soil influence on structure,adopt the elastic connection to simulate soil spring function of surface elastic support,according to the different types of soil values corresponding bed base;When the foundation bed coefficient of foundation soil is different,the difference of structure displacement is still under control,and the waterproof measures are not affected.Soil but when the difference is too big or utility tunnel cross section for the larger span,appropriate to the relatively weak soil in filling and other measures,make the soil nature difference is not too big,to reduce the differential settlement of the soil structure and the adverse impact of the waterproof effect.(3)The main structure is self-waterproofing,and the inverted Angle of the design is curved.The design test of double water-proof rubber ring has proved that the waterproof feature of this prefabricated underground comprehensive tube gallery is excellent.(4)Aiming at the importance of the comprehensive tube corridor engineering,the higher standard is proposed for the precision control and the quality requirements of the precast member. |
