The File Service Of Government Supervision Department's Construction Cost

With the development of economy and the increase of population,China's construction industry is flourishing gradually,in the context of the constant innovation and development of construction cost technology as well as the accumulation of experience,the cost supervision department as a unit to keep the real record of the construction cost activities plays an important role in the development and control of the construction cost industry.Conducting scientific management of project cost files and providing information services is a main channel for the accurate,timely and comprehensive cost information of the construction market,an important guarantee for good economic benefit,and a significant prerequisite for fair and healthy development of the market.Recognizing this point,the author studies and analyzes the file service of government supervision department' s construction cost.This paper through literature research method,logical research method and interview survey,combines the author ' s background and characteristic advantages in file and construction cost subject,taking the construction cost information service as the research scope,the government supervision department as the research subject,with a view to furthering the study on related issues of construction cost information services,meeting the needs and requirements of the times and better guiding and serving the cost market in the rapid development of urban infrastructure.First,this paper summarizes relevant concepts and content of the construction cost information service of government supervision department,and discusses the feasibility and necessity of the information service;Then,this paper makes practical analyses of the main problems in file information service;Finally,according to the content in the first few parts,this paper puts forward countermeasures of the construction cost information service of government supervision department.The author tries to innovate in the field of research content,that is,organically combine archival science,construction cost,government information services and other fields of knowledge,hoping to expand the scope of new cross-over studies so that make the paper' s social practicality and effectiveness more intense.The author hopes this study can play a small role in construction cost file research field and lay a foundation for future studies.
