Research On The Sustainable Development Of Traditional Villages At Residential Cluster And Rural Settlement Scale,Basing On The Culture Ecology

With the acceleration of urbanization,many traditional villages have achieved great development as well as huge trauma,such as confusion,randomness and utilitarianism,which pushed us landscape practitioners to recognize the sustainable development of traditional villages,especially when it comes to increasing policy-orientation,drive of tourism and social attention.For traditional villages,the cultural attribute is the most obvious characteristic and depend on the spatial pattern as foundation of attribute expression.So the author recognizes that the essence of traditional villages' sustainable development is to preserve the stability and continuation of villages' culture system and ecology patterns,corresponding to the fact that culture ecology consists of culture study and ecology study.Basing on this commonality,the author begins the sustainable development research in perspective of culture ecology.This thesis is based on the technical route of “discovery problems,analysis and solving problems”.Firstly,the author makes a sound analysis and exposition of the development of traditional villages at home and abroad,and then summarizes the existing problems.Secondly,the thesis puts forward the research scales of residential cluster and rural settlement according to the scale theory.In the perspective of residential cluster,the thesis analyzes the cultural elements,process of culture change,cultural structure,the existing problems and the research significance.In the perspective of rural settlement,the thesis discusses villages' ecological evolution process and existing problems by using the space language about “patch,gallery,matrix and boundary”.At the same time,the thesis found reliable data,such as MPS,MSI,PP and PD,to explain the ecological evolution process.Finally,taking the Bai Lu traditional village as an example to explain the using of theories which be gotten at last course,the thesis put forward some opinions and strategies.In the perspective of residential cluster,practitioners should not focus on protection and carding actions for determining the protected objects and protective range.In the perspective of rural settlement,practitioners should control the disorderly growth of the village and make reasonable arrangement of new one.On this basis,the thesis finally put forward optimize recommendations for the three traditional villages in Gan Xian.The thesis suggests that Bai Lu should control the growth of village plaques basing on repairing landscape pattern.,suggests Da Keng should keep restoration of key residential building plaques,and also suggests Xia Hu should make full play with the peripheral plaques as well as protect own landscape pattern.
