Early warning satellites,as the vanguard of missile defense,play an important role in strategic defense.Therefore,studying the architecture and effectiveness evaluation of US space-based early warning satellite system is of important significance for the development of early warning satellite in china.In this paper,the architecture framework and design method are used to design and develop the architecture of Space-based Early Warning Satellite(SEWS),and carry out the research on the effectiveness evaluation of SEWS system based on the established model.The main work can be summarized as follows:Firstly,the components and basic functions of the SEWS are introduced in detail.the execution flow and execution characteristics of the SEWS detection mission are studied,which provides the basis for the development and effectiveness evaluation of SEWS system.Next,this paper introduces the related tools for developing the architecture model of SEWS:DoDAF,UML language,Enterprise Architect development platform.The related architecture design methods are summarized,and the development steps of the architecture are given.Then,the relationship from the various perspective of various SEWS is analysed.SEWS's structure is designed in the Enterprise Architect development platform,including the models of operational view,capacity view and system view.Finally,based on the relationship between architecture and system performance,a method of selecting performance index based on architecture is proposed.Combined with the advantages of AHP and TFN(triangular fuzzy number)in effectiveness evaluation,a comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP-TFN is proposed.Through the above methods,the effectiveness evaluation of SEWS can be used to guide the construction of the early warning satellite system in China.On the other hand,it can provide guidance for the missile penetration of the US air defense network.
