The mission of scheduling early-warning satellite is based on the requirements of early-warning tasks, to allocate resources of space-based early-warning system optimally, so as to satisfy the requirements of missile defense in future battlefields. The new generation of space-based early-warning system is composed of multiple layers of early-warning satellite constellations which cooperate with others, and it increases the difficulties of scheduling greately. However, the domestic research on this field is not enough, so there are important theoretic and realistic significances on the research of resource allocation under the condition of multiple early-warning satellites and multiple early-warning tasks. In order to solve this problem, several works as followed are done in this paper.First of all, the background topic and correlative research on resource allocation for space-based early-warning satellite system is introduced.Secondly, based on analysis of the early-warning process of space-based early-warning system, this scheduling problem is divided into two single issues. One is scheduling of poring detectors on GEO early-waring satellite, the other is scheduling of poring detectors on MEO early-warning satellite. Also, the characters of the two single issues are analysed.Thirdly, based on analysis of the dynamic scheduling requirements of spaced-based early-warning system, this scheduling problem can only be resovled by dynamic scheduling strategy. Then, two dynamic strategies are introduced. One is periodic-based dynamic scheduling strategy, the other is event-based dynamic scheduling stategy. In order to resolve the scheduling issue in periodic-based dynamic scheduling strategy, a CSP mathematical model of the issue is introduced. Because of the complexity of resolving this issue, a tabu search and genetic based algorithm which can resolve the issue efficiently is introduced. In order to resolve the scheduling issue in event-based dynamic scheduling strategy, three main events, which contain the arrival of new early-warning task, the damage of early-warning resource, and the event that missile departures from its forecasted trajectory, are analysed. And the method to resolve each event is introduced. Finally, one method to design and realize a prototype system of resource allocation for space-based early-warning system is introduced, which includes the composition of the prototype system, the functions and interface relationships of each single subsystem in the prototype system. Also an application to the prototype system is introduced. This prototype system can manage satellite resource and missile easily, and it integrates 3D and 2D display module of the STK software, so that it can display the emulation process dynamically.
