| Chinese social energy is still dominated by coal;other form of clean energy is still in the developing stage.With an installed capacity of coal power plants as raw materials is limited,the demand for electricity requirements appear larger capacity units.Nuclear energy as a clean energy is huge and inexhaustible,AP1000 4-pole water hydrogen cooled turbo generator as a new technology is widely used in the world.Nuclear power plant cooling has become an important research content;due to the nuclear power installed capacity and loss of internal parts of large unit is large.The objects of this study are stator core,stator coil and magnetic shielding in AP1000 water hydrogen cooled 4-pole generator which is being developed in factory,analyzing the flow field and the temperature field.Numerical calculation by CFD principle for nuclear power units is less in domestic and foreign.The 1/48 model of stator core,stator coil,magnetic shielding and axial air gap are analyzed and calculated;The flow of wind and water,distribution ratio of the fluid in each path and velocity distribution in specific conditions are analyzed and calculated;Compared with the given standard values,errors are within the allowable range;On the basis of flow field results,intensity of heat source is attached to the solid components which produce loss,convective boundary condition is set at the outer surface of the magnetic shielding plate and the convective heat transfer coefficient calculated according to the empirical formula.The solid part of the highest temperature calculated appeared in the outer side of the magnetic shield,the temperature value is about 399.9K.The maximum coil temperature appeared in outlet location of cooling water,the value is about 342 K and the maximum temperature values are not exceeded the maximum temperature limit.Changes in the flow field in the coil when blockage in different degree and different blocking position are also analyzed.The calculation results provide a reference for the design of the cooling system. |
