In the post-World War ?,Zinc-silver battery developed with the advent of the missile's development.It has the advantage of high energy,stability of the operating voltage and discharge current,and it is an important part of the high-performance batteries,widely used as a power supply of rockets,satellites,missiles and other aerospace equipment.In the mid-1960s,China successfully developed and applied Zinc-silver battery to the missile main power.The negative film is an important part of the zinc-silver battery,but the negative film production using pure hand-prepared,with the development of science and technology,the increasingly obvious shortcomings,mainly reflected in the accuracy is low,labor-intensive,low efficiency,product quality is difficult to control,and toxic media seriously endanger the health of workers.In this paper,through the development and design of negative film automation production line Integrated management and control systems,to achieve negative film production process and quality of control and equipment operation monitoring,thereby improving the negative plate automatic production line efficiency.This paper includes the following aspects:(1)Structure and demand research of negative film automated production lineCombined with the technical requirements of negative-chip automated production line of and automation of negative film production process,in detail described the mechanical structure of the cathode-chip automated production lines of the composition;negative film performance indicators,structure and characteristics such as negative piece automated production line,conduct a needs analysis.(2)Control system research of negative film automated production lineAnalysis negative film automated production line control system requirements,research and cream,die cutting,laying out the paper,put the mold,painted cream,place the pole piece skeleton,stripping,packaging,transportation and other process content,the modular design of the various processes,so that has stand-alone operation functions;to study various processes of coordination and cooperation of the module,so that the upper and lower machine coordinate communication,to achieve automatic control of the entire system.(3)Management system research of negative film automated production lineIntegration of production process control,field operations and resource management in one,using the cause of the failure based on the configuration software development and design,system is running,the system has unexpected failure alarm,automatic emergency stop and manual emergency stop function;research system multiple devices,data acquisition and processing technology in the production process,the use of advanced data processing means for data analysis,so that the system with real-time data reports and historical data report query,save,call and other features;study the structure of the cathode-chip automated production line management system of form and function of the system,key management control method and system engineering applications.(4)Monitoring system research of negative film automated production lineMonitor all PLC on the negative film automated production line,so as to realize the monitoring of the field production status of automatic production line,allowing users timely access to real-time information system,real-time monitoring and management of automated production lines.
