The Comparative Study On Home-stay Of Fujian And Taiwan

With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization,people's living standard has improved continuously,people eager to return to nature,rural tourism is becoming more and more popular.The accompanying industry of rural travel that is Home Stay Facility begins to be popular.The name of Home Stay Facility is derived from Japan,and it has a long history in Europe and America.In our country,Taiwan did the best in the development of Home Stay Facility,Home Stay Facility of Taiwan brings a great benefit for the Taiwan government,especially for local villagers,and it fully shows the characteristics of the island.Not only in the management of government but also the operator themselves,has the Home Stay Facility of Fujian has a lot of deficiencies.At present,Chinese scholars have researched on Home Stay Facility,but it is lack to specialize in studying on Home Stay Facility of Fujian,let alone the study on Home Stay Facility between Fujian and Taiwan.So in this article,through a comparative study on Home Stay Facility between Fujian and Taiwan,to survey Home Stay Facility of Fujian and Taiwan,and understand the developing situation of Home Stay Facility,then analyze and summarize the characteristics and deficiencies of Home Stay Facility in Fujian as well as the experience for the success of the Home Stay Facility in Taiwan.Hoping the vigorous development of Home-stay in Fujian area,I put forward some guidance and constructive suggestions on the basis of the successful experience of Taiwan.This article includes six parts.The first part is the introduction,I found out what have done in domestic and foreign through reading the literature,and analyze the significance of this study.The second part is the investigation of Fujian Province,we choose Fuzhou Qishan,Storied Building of Yongding and Xiamen Zeng Cuoan as the sample points,analyze its present situation,the advantages and disadvantages,and point out the existing problems.On the third part,I did a comprehensive survey on Home Stay Facility of Taiwan,analyzed and summarized its successful experience.The fourth part is the analysis of Taiwan and Fujian,to find out their similarities and differences.In the fifth part,according to the successful experience of Taiwan,I put forward some suggestions.The last part is the summary of the full text.
