Pure electric vehicles will become the future development trend of the car because of its zero pollution,diversify energy sources,high efficiency conversion,the research emphasis for car has been to improve the car’s driving range and maximum speed,but less attention its safety performance.Handling stability is an important part of automotive active safety,it is an important factor affecting the safety of high-speed cars,with the upgrading the maximum speed of PEV,it is necessary to research the handling stability.Automobile handling stability is ability that able to comply with the direction given by the driver when encounter outside interference.There are many aspects affecting the handling stability,suspension as the important component parts of car,it is particularly important for handling stability.Therefore,it is very effective to improve the car’s handling stability if improve the performance of the suspension.This text set about from the automobile suspension,by optimizing the front wheel alignment parameters to achieve the purpose of improving vehicle handling stability.This paper describes the effects of the front wheel alignment parameters on the handling stability,then establish the McPherson front suspension model use virtual prototyping software ADAMS/Car,make the simulation of Parallel Wheel Travel on the test bed,obtain the cureve of front wheel alignment parameters,verify the correctness of the model.By analysis the curve found that alignment parameters of suspension requires proper optimization.Then use optimization module ADAMS / Insight to improve vehicle handling and stability for the purpose of optimizing the suspension kinematics,simulation results show that McPherson suspension kinematics after optimization have greatly improved.Then assemble the front and rear suspension subsystem、steering subsystem、vehicle subsystem、tire subsystem、motor subsystem that instead of the traditional car engine and the model of battery,obtain vehicle model for the simulation test.At last,make the simulation of the model in ADAMS/Car,including steering wheel angle step input test,serpentine experiment,turning back to the positive test and steady state circular test,according to QC/T480-1990(Automobile handling stability performance limitations and Evaluation Method)of the simulation results of the evaluation score,then make the complex evaluation of handling stability,The evaluation results show that Optimizedvehicle has better handling stability.In this paper,for the handling stability performance of pure electric vehicle research,for the front wheel alignment parameters to optimize the design,it has a certain practical significance for safety performance of vehicle... |
