| In recent years,the Prominent Performance of the P company has won a good reputation among the municipal branches of province Electric Power Company.However,it is a highly demand of establishing a staff qualification management system and increasing the intensity of training due to the requirements of developing grid operating mode and intensive management of human resource.This article analyses the current difficulties and problems in aspect of job qualification management existed in P power supply company via questionnaires,interviews and position analysis,and designed a job qualification management system using modular design,including three major elements e.g.career development channel management,Job qualification management grade standards and Job qualification management level certificating,based on actual situation of P company and relative principles of human resource management and consideration of compatibility with other units.This article also developed an implement plan and suggestions for establishing the system,with emphasis on coordination with corporation development strategy,training core talents and building core competence.The paper provided a positive trail on building a job qualification management system for modern power supply companies,the innovation of this article is based on situation of municipal power supply company,which analyses the problems existed in current stuff qualification management,and designed a feasible scheme for building job qualification management system using modular design and combination with practices of power supply company. |
