Research And Practice On Multichannel Management Of Terminal User Voltage Qualification Rate

With the expansion and development of the scale of power supply enterprises in China,it is the main work of current power supply enterprises to provide qualified electricity to users.Voltage qualification rate is an important index to measure power quality.The quality of voltage is very important to the safe operation of power grid in power supply company.Raising voltage qualification rate is an important way for current power supply companies to show their high quality service level,and is also an important foundation for ensuring the safety of China’s power grid.With the rapid development of China’s social economy,the demand for the power quality of the end users is increasing.From the point of view of current voltage qualification rate,it is very necessary for the power supply company to analyze the improvement of the voltage qualification rate of the distribution network.This paper analyzes the basic status and causes of low voltage by taking the data of the distribution network of a power supply company as a sample.Raised seven areas for improvement.The overall principles and strategies for low voltage governance have been developed.Firstly,from the three directions of reactive power compensation equipment,distribution optimization and distribution and voltage management system,the technical scheme for improving the end user voltage qualification rate is proposed.Specifically,it includes the application of MEC,on-load voltage regulation and distribution,single-phase distribution transformers and other equipment;new distribution of three-phase distribution;construction of voltage qualification rate management system to realize real-time automatic control of voltage quality of each substation in the main network system;THYK intelligent load control system pilot application.Secondly,a scheme for improving the end user voltage qualification rate is proposed.That is to say,including the reasonable adjustment of the gear position,the cutting load adjustment,the variable overload,the balance of the low-voltage three-phase load and other conventional measures,including the operation and maintenance control measures can not be solved,according to the substation medium voltage bus,distribution network,and distribution The order of the sub-districts will be followed by measures to improve governance.Through the research and practice of improving the end user voltage qualification rate,a series of solutions have been formed,which has achieved good results and laid a foundation for the power supply enterprise to control the end user voltage qualification rate.
