With the successful development of all kinds of rare earth permanent magnet materials and production technology mature,the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor is also increasing,especially in the elevator industry in our country,which shows good practicality.Therefore,the study on the vector control system of PMSM is of great significance to the improvement of the intellectualization of buildings in China.The vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is particular studied in this paper,In order to simulate and test,Permanent magnet synchronous motor is firstly analyzed in three phase stationary coordinate,two phase stationary coordinate,two phase rotating coordinate the mathematical model by Clarke and Park matrix transformation,finally establish a reduced order of motor output decoupling derived electromagnetic torque equation.Secondly,the basic principles of vector control and the characteristics and Simulation Implementation of voltage space vector SVPWM PWM technology are studied.The key parameter simulation model of SVPWM is set up,and the simulation and analysis of the whole vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor are carried out.Finally,in this paper,a large number of hardware main circuit selection and calculation work is done,the hardware circuit with TMS320F28335 chip as the core is built,and the software flow chart is designed.It proves that the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system has good dynamic response and accurate positioning effect in the application process of elevator operation.
