Problems such as unreasonable distributed generation distribution,unnormal distribution network structure,high line load rate,large network loss and unsound network communication,etc impeded the development and construction of the distribution automation system of Wulanchabu.So this paper focused on the construction of the distribution automation system and the network reconstruction strategy considering distributed generations.Firstly,the scheme of distribution network automation construction in Wulanchabu was analyzed.The main station,the sub-station,the terminal and the communication network were studied.The communication network of the distribution network automation system was studied as a key point.Then the communication scheme of the distribution network automation system was proposed.The main station adopted LAN communication technology based on TCP/IP,the sub-station layer adopted fiber optic communication technology based on MSTP,and the access layer network adopted the communication technology based on EPON;Thereafter,under the support of distribution network automation system,the advanced application function of the distribution network reconfiguration was further enriched.Distribution network reconstruction scheme based on the genetic algorithm was proposed to remove the island.The genetic algorithm of the scheme,the criterion of removing the island and the operation process were designed.It effectively supported the practical application level of power distribution automation system and assist the consumption of renewable energy in Wulanchabu regionFinally,the IEEE33 node distribution network system and the actual distribution network in an area of Wulanchabu were taken as examples for calculation and analysis.The results verified the validity of the proposed scheme.
