With the development of the times and the continuous improvement of the national economy,people's requirements on the quantity and quality of electricity are gradually getting higher,and the requirements on the power quality and related indicators of the urban distribution network are also getting higher and higher.The application of power automation system in distribution network can effectively improve the quality of power consumption and the reliability of power supply,so as to make the distribution of power more reasonable and efficient and reduce the redundant energy consumption.As the transmission carrier of distribution network automation,the communication network construction of distribution network is of great practical significance for improving the automation level of grid monitoring,improving the quality of customer service,reducing energy consumption and promoting the construction of a low-carbon and environment-friendly society.Based on an in-depth analysis of the development of distribution network communication local and abroad,this paper proposes the design principles and schemes of distribution network optical cable routing of Huizhou bureau according to local conditions,then based on the communication system of distribution network,the construction and transformation of distribution network communication in the area under the jurisdiction of huizhou bureau are carried out.According to the economic development level,the nature of electric power load and the density of electric power load in huizhou,and in combination with the urban planning of Huizhou,this paper divides Huizhou into five regions: A +,A,B,C and D.By carrying out the key construction of "telemetering,remote signalling and remote control systems" for the pilot projects in A+,A and B regions and improving the distribution network transmission network of the pilot projects,these stations can gradually carry out the data transmission and communication of the distribution network,and carry out "eryao construction" for the pilot projects in other regions to gradually improve the communication function of the distribution network.Meanwhile,according to the characteristics of Huizhou region and the communicationconstruction situation,this paper proposes the construction scheme of industrial Ethernet and wireless 4G communication network according to the local conditions,and formulates the relevant benchmark operation and maintenance strategy based on the distribution network equipment in Huizhou region to ensure the operation of the distribution network communication system.From the construction and use effect of the implementation scheme in some cities of Huizhou,the construction of distribution network communication can bring huge economic benefits to distribution network enterprises and improve the quality of customer service.The implementation scheme proposed in this paper has promoted regional economic development,reduced energy consumption and emissions,and contributed to the construction of a low-carbon and environment-friendly society.The research and application of the distribution network communication engineering in this paper can provide a reference for the future engineering construction.
