Research On The Management Of Investment Control Of Construction Project Of Fire Brigade In XJ Oilfield

XJ Oilfield Company fire brigade construction investment control failure has existed for a long time is not resolved,on the one hand is the old management consciousness,on the other hand,there is no systematic analysis.The research is expected to break through the bottleneck of management,to solve the current problems of investment control in the construction of the team.Through the analysis of the present situation of XJ oilfield fire brigade construction project,some problems for existence,combining causal analysis and AHP on these problems of qualitative and quantitative analysis,in order to find the main factors that influence the detachment of infrastructure project investment control failure finally according to the results put forward countermeasures: strengthening the construction of personnel training efforts to improve the internal control of enterprise management strength.Through the research of this topic,the paper finds out the root causes of the failure of investment control in the construction project of the fire brigade in XJ oilfield,and optimizes the management mode,which can save the investment of capital construction projects to meet the actual needs of the basic level.
