In recent years,heating problem in hot summer and cold winter area in South China has become the focus of a growing problem,the choice of heating method is the key.At present,the north central heating energy consumption is very high,and serious haze problem greatly affected the people's work and life.This paper aims at designing a program that can be used in winter and summer in South China.It also can improve the annual utilization of the device and reduce energy consumption.So it provides a clean and efficient way to realize the heating problem in South China.Based on the investigation and analysis of climate and the existing heating technology,Tianruncheng community in Pukou District of the Nanjing city was selected as a terminal user,to make full use of temperature difference,a new heating and cooling heat pump system driven by an internal combustion engine has been designed while it can be used in summer and in winter.And through the MATLAB software for winter and summer conditions,equipment and main performance parameters are calculated,and the two overall system energy consumption are calculated under the condition of winter and summer,the system core equipment selection and the payback period of investment estimate are completed.At the same time,the influence of the deflated range,the first compression ratio and the second compression ratio of heat pump unit of the core equipment were studied.Compared with the existing mainstream southern heating and cooling technology,the results showed that the energy consumption of winter heating decreased by 47 percent,and the energy consumption of the summer cooling decreased by 28.4%.The system equipment investment recycle periodis 7.99 years,amenity of the central heating increased greatly,at the same time the summer concentrated cooling can improve the system safety of the grid system.Studies have shown that internal combustion engine driven heating and cooling heat pump system used in winter and summer has the very good economic benefits and environmental benefits,this method has the ability to provide clean and efficient heating and cooling technical support and technical support for hot summer and cold winter area.
