Prefabricated buildings have obvious advantages in green environmental protection and sustainable development,which leads to their construction scale is increasing day by day.Under the background of large-scale development,the collaborative scheduling of prefabricated buildings distributed in different production spaces in different places is a necessary condition for the assembly space to complete the project scheduling tasks on time.However,the current research in the field of multi-supplier scheduling in prefabricated buildings is lacking.In the field of prefabricated building component production and supply scheduling,there are many researches on the scheduling of production in a single production space.Many of these studies are based on Just-in-time supply of component production space,and do not consider the constraint of assembly space scheduling on production space resources and duration.In the field of prefabricated building component assembly and scheduling,the space efficiency of on-site assembly is used to contain production and transportation space scheduling.For large-scale components and limited on-site yards,the issue of advance/tardiness scheduling of component production and supply is insufficient.In addition,less attention has been devoted to the problem of multi-production space co-scheduling under the influence of uncertain disturbances.However,it cannot be avoided that prefabricated buildings include outdoor open-air lifting operations and in-plant flow production operations.It is easy to form cascading effects in different operating space disturbances.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on collaborative dispatching of multi-supplier according to the current research status.This paper analyzes the collaborative scheduling of the assembly space and the multi-suppliers under the static and dynamic conditions,which are based on the project duration and resource efficiency optimization from the engineering general contractor's point of view.Firstly,a multi-supplier scheduling concept model based on on-time supply is established.The two production spaces and single assembly space within the construction period are extracted to model.Taking into account the actual situation,setting up targets in the production space is the best combination of on-time supply and resource efficiency in the form of time windows.Combining the punctuality,cooperation and dynamics of multi-supplier distributed scheduling,three key technologies for achieving distributed collaborative scheduling under the influence of uncertain interference are proposed: duration-associated collaborative scheduling technology and self-adaptive adjustment based on time buffering Technology and dynamic adjustment technology under full re-scheduling.The collaborative scheduling models for the assembly space and the two production spaces are established respectively.Under the conditions of different positions and sizes of disturbances,how multi-working space minimizes disturbance effects in the current construction period and the continuation period.In addition,the heuristic algorithm based on different objective functions is designed separately for assembly space and production space in different scheduling states.Finally,the initial scheduling model and the key scheduling technology and the collaborative scheduling model proposed in this paper are studied experimentally.Taking the single assembly space and the two production spaces of a standard layer as an example,how to perform coordinated scheduling under the six types of interference is analyzed.The feasibility of models,techniques,and algorithms was studied.The research content of this paper has some pioneering and cutting-edge features.It can guide practical work in the field of prefabricated construction engineering in the future.It also provides a reference for the research on multi-supplier theory system for engineering construction.
