Application And Evaluation Research Of Fine Management In Pulling Pile Construction Management Of Rail Transit

The removal of existing bridges and abandoned piles of buildings is an important part of the construction of urban rail transit projects.Existing pile-pulling constructions are generally undertaken by professional subcontractors.The pile pulling equipment has poor maneuverability,unable to adapt to the complex surrounding environment at the construction site,the surrounding environment settlement after backfilling,and the construction safety is serious,supervision of the pile-pulling construction is not in place,there is no reference standard,the accuracy of cutting the pile is not high,and the construction efficiency is not high.In this paper,we hope to introduce the fine management in the pulling pile construction and work out the management methods of the pulling pile construction stage so as to promote the development of the pulling pile construction.First of all,from the perspective of the research background,this article discusses in detail the purpose of this study and its practical significance.After that,by referring to and sorting out the current literature on project management and fine management,it provides a good theoretical support for this study.Then it introduces the project overview,construction schedule and economic cost of the project of removing obstacles on the Ningbo Rail Transit Line 4 in detail.Based on these data,the project's characteristics and objectives are further analyzed.Based on the previous step,combined with the knowledge of project management,this paper deeply analyzes a series of specific problems existing in the construction of the pile pulling construction from the aspects of project quality,investment cost,construction period,safety,environmental protection and innovation.And it points out the necessity of applying fine management in the process of the pile pulling construction.Then through the theory of the fine management,we put forward corresponding solutions to the specific problems raised before,and make some evaluation indexes to judge whether the fine management is effective.Finally,by taking the actual case of the construction interval of Ningbo East Railway Station and Huancheng South Road Station on the No.4 line of Ningbo Metro as an example,through calculated,analyzed and judged these evaluation indexes,it is determined that the management measurements proposed based on the fine management can be applied to the construction of the pulling pile,which can significantly improve the construction efficiency of the pile pulling construction,improve the quality of the pile pulling construction,and effectively control the cost of the pile pulling construction.
