Ningbo is a significant port city which lies in the middle of southeast coast. The conflict between the rapid development and congested road conditions has become increasingly urgent, thus there is a certain demand for rail transport in order to ease the traffic pressure on the ground. The NDRC had approved the first and the second round of Ningbo rail transit construction program in the August2008and November2013separately. Until2020, there will be5lines of rail transportation network with a total length of173.1km and the total investment will reach1000million.The reference period for Ningbo Rail Transit Project a hundred year and requires concrete structures of high quality. The underground structures are constantly in a humid condition with groundwater flows, suffered from the seepage of groundwater as well as the erosion of high the chloride ion concentration in the water for the erosion phenomenon of concrete reinforcing bars. Since2001, the rate of acid rain has increased from73.1%to more than95%.The most of urban area in Ningbo has effected by serious acid precipitation. The acid rain is harmful to the durability of elevated sections in rail transit project and other exposed structures significantly.In view of structural characteristics in Ningbo2nb phase of rail transit line1project and the environment as well as local material properties, this paper put forward the study on durability design of traffic engineering. The paper mainly includes three aspects as follows:The first part, research on concrete durability management in complex environment;The second part, research on management of concrete structure cracks in rail transit engineering;The third part, study on the construction quality control management system of concrete.Based on the analysis of traffic engineering and surrounding environment, this paper focus on the quality management and control, preventing the generation of cracks in concrete, improving the concrete permeability. This dissertation proposed a method to control concrete quality and established a quality management control system which benefits the structural quality and operational life span greatly. Meanwhile, the system has important significance to saving a huge amount of money on maintenance and reconstruction during the normal operation period.
