The development of Internet of things provides powerful technical support for intelligent management and control of vehicles,In the era of product diversification,the competition of products is fierce.Technical advantages and continuous updating and upgrading of products are especially important for improving the competitiveness of enterprise products.The use and management of the traditional method of vehicle can not keep up with the demand of the rapid development of forklift industry,the customers should be most concerned about the efficient use and service life of the forklift truck.In order to solve the problems of the difficulty of management and the high cost of use,this article try to carry out a study on a intelligent forklift vehicle monitoring terminal which used to forklift vehicle intelligent management and control.On the basis of the traditional forklift truck design method,this paper integrates some high-tech technologies of internet of things,such as GSM/GPRS,3G communication,GPS/ Beidou high-precision positioning,WIFI/ Bluetooth communication,cloud intelligent big data platform and so on.Through the integration of high-tech and traditional vehicle control technologies such as vehicle can communication,temperature and oil quantity data sensors,the intelligent management of forklift vehicles and the whole process monitoring and control of forklift vehicle usage are realized.This paper firstly elaborates the current internet of things system structure,communication and control methods,and through the research and analysis oftraditional forklift vehicle control technology,puts forward the design scheme of forklift vehicle monitoring terminal.Then,with the help of some common hardware design tools in the industry,the hardware circuit design of the monitoring terminal is completed,the software design of the monitoring terminal and the circuit design of various functional modules are carried out,and the terminal control flow is elaborated.finally,the working stability and use environment of the monitoring terminal are tested,and the test results are given.Through long-term observation and trial operation of forklift trucks equipped with monitoring terminals,and long-term tracking investigation of users,the results show that forklift trucks equipped with testing terminals have greatly improved in intelligence,vehicle management(including maintenance,operating records,enterprise asset management...),vehicle use efficiency and use management compared with traditional forklift trucks.the forklift truck monitoring terminal developed in this paper can meet the current intelligent demand of forklift trucks and improve the use efficiency of forklift trucks.
