Design And Research On Intelligentization Of Vending Machine Based On Internet Of Things

With science,technology and the standards of living improve, people attach more and more importance to the promptness of goods purchase, and the vending machine industry meet people’s needs well, due to the terminal vending machine is not affected by time, place or other conditions, the vending machine has been more and more popular with people of all ages. Along with the rising number and the expanding scale of vending machines, it increasingly becomes the focus of attention about how to research and design a vending machine terminal of intelligent system for fast and efficient remote monitoring and management system. Nowadays, the domestic market of traditional paper or coin vending machine still exists, and traditional equipment of high cost limits the deployment scale of vending machine in some extent. In addition some monitoring management systems of vending machine have the following shortcomings like: defective in instantaneity and visualization, effectiveness, complicated in operating, not good in interface visual performance, and poor user experience. In view of these present situations, this paper puts forward a kind of vending machine intelligent monitoring management system based on the Internet of things platform, research and design of intelligent vending machine. Through the wireless communication module to achieve the interaction of information between vending machine terminal and the monitoring and management system, which greatly enhanced the effect of the system in its instantaneity, visualization and operation.Firstly, this paper introduced the relevant background of the Internet of things, vending machine industry and research status both at home and abroad. It put forward the research significance and goal according to the current situation of vending machine industry in our country. Secondly, it introduced the related technologies of the traditional vending machine, and developed the structure of the intelligent vending machine, also elaborated on its hardware structure, working principle, wireless communication technology in detail-mainly. Thirdly, it determined the principle and objectives of the system design, presented the overall structure of the system, all of which lay a good foundation for the detailed design of the system. Then, the paper described the design and implementation of remote monitoring and management system. Finally, it summed up above and looked far ahead into the future development direction of vending machine industry.Most of the functions and implementations, researched and designed by this system, have passed the PC test and verification. The experiment results showed that the system is safe stable and reliable.
